@JaguarGator9NFL Nah, Haiti and Curacao played well, they just didn't have premium talent; and Panama was missing their most important offensive player.
We're going to get some rough teams the more we expand the World cup, and those teams could be from anywhere.
@cecililytweets Oh, and the fun part is that since the current taking warm waters up north near europe is collapsing, they could have a really fast flip to an extremely cold spell, too!
@stan_cal@BrettKollmann I disagree in the sense that most americans are generally kind and civil towards teacher other, and the European soccer Fandom are not at all a model for wholesome interactions at all. Many countries have to ban booze at stadiums because of all the murders, for example.
@GGnotGIGI713@ProudSocialist Iran's forst two games were in LA, so they set up all of their camp's operations and personel in a nearby city in Mexico.
It's a huge nightmare to entirelyvmove camps for just one game, so they didn't.
We cannot consider #AI to be morally neutral. In reality, every technical tool embodies choices and priorities through what it measures, ignores, and optimizes, and how it classifies people and situations. Ethical discernment cannot be limited to asking whether we are using a system for good or bad purposes. It must also examine how that system is designed and what vision of the human person and society is embedded in the data and models that guide it. #MagnificaHumanitas
@TheStalwart You say this as if LLMs are a functional and sustainable product. To use them at the scale you mention would cause so many disasters that society as we know it would change so radically that writing with LLMs would be quite unlikely to be a thing.
@dilrhubarb It for sure is a skill issue. Like, why is it so bad to just...learn how long it takes to get to places, and how long it takes you to prepare and just get somewhere a little early gor when (not if) things go wrong?
It's stressful af for the people you force to wait on you, too.
