We rarely will ever blame officiating for a loss. Remember the way the game ended in Chicago in 2024 with the runner interference call? We called that bull, and the O's won the game because of it.

But there is just absolutely no way of defending what that umpiring crew did today.

They don't call out of the base line on Clement, but they'll gladly call it on Holliday? That's the definition of hypocrisy.

The outcome of any professional baseball game should NEVER be decided by an umpiring blunder.
