Because it was originally supposed to be some random guy he only vaguely resembles him. I'm gonna pretend this painting is from a long time ago when he was somewhat younger and so he looks a bit different lol.

I remember seeing a video online of a guy sitting on his chair but the chair broke and he got stabbed in the ass by the gas spring or what ever it's called. The dude ended up being ok and the video was quite funny...
