@ntvkenya Safaricom should not subject us to this law process, they have the mandate to hold any monies received henceforth until the money sent by mistake is fully refunded. But theirs is to refer you to DCI, another money channel

@SafaricomPLC its high time you started acting promptly by putting on hold any numbers of your customers that receive money by mistake and refuse to reverse. We are loosing a lot through the DCI processes. I mean whats so hard to mark the number and reverse any amount received???
