We concluded our induction as Membe rs of the 12th @Parliament_Ug at Common Wealth Resort Munyonyo. It was such an enriching experience as we had discussions regarding our work as legislators. We are now ready and sharpened enough to carry out our mandate!

President of Kenya meeting KTDA Factory chairmen to hear from the horse's mouth and find solution for the Tea Question. The tea Question in Uganda still glares. Millions of people badly affected. We can find an answer

We will broaden and unlock lucrative tea markets, including Iran, move towards more production of orthodox and specialised tea besides adding value so that our farmers can fetch more from the crop.

Met KTDA factory chairmen and directors at State House, Nairobi. Also agreed to operationalise the Tea Tribunal to deal with disputes among stakeholders.
