New Zealand wore masks for a few weeks that basically eradicated the virus locally. Then they didn't need them anymore.

That isn't working in Canada or the USA. People just won't wear masks properly

Getting everyone vaccinated that can be would be great. It's not possible at the moment, though.

Type right that they don't stop it, but they lessen it to the point that get people will die for a tiny inconvenience.
