However, explain to me why India and its nationalistic views never translate down to the individual level where every one is doing better to contribute to society, where is all of this infrastructure made by Indian great thinkers?

We go and recruit the top, visit Indian and Chinese career fairs and universities and head hunt top talent. Like your “sport analogy” - recruit top talent, not apply for cheaper talent. @leonardaisfunny Indians suck at writing code, they are even less creative at writing code often copy pasting whatever chat GPT tells them. Their only edge is they can live under a bench, drink sewer water and willing to work 95 hour weeks. If they were better India itself wouldnt be so shitty.
