@sircallihan I'm not sure the issue yesterday, but it looks like that bus just left the Leamington Ramp is running about 30 minutes late today. Sorry for the issue. You can file a complaint with our Customer Relations team and they will look into the issue. -JN
@RoyaltyKReigns I don't see 1545 out there right now. That bus is running a Route 18 in a bit. I do see couple Route 10 buses about 10 minutes down right now, though. Sorry for the issue today. -JN
@RoyaltyKReigns But if you do have an issue with an operator, I encourage you to contact our Customer Relations team and they will look into it further and follow up with the operator and their manager if needed. -JN
@RoyaltyKReigns Like I said, buses do fall behind occasionally and it's often for reasons beyond our control. If that happens, we do try our best to catch them up. We're more concerned about buses not running early so passengers don't get left behind. -JN
@RoyaltyKReigns Buses can fall behind schedule for a variety of reasons, including detours, traffic and heavy passenger loads. If a bus does fall behind far enough, our control center will help them catch up in a variety of ways, but we do our best to keep buses on time. -JN
