Tira, a polka-dotted zebra, was born in the Maasai Mara in 2019 during the great wildebeest migration and has spots instead of stripes. Tira is named after Antony Tira, a Maasai guide who was the first to spot the foal.

Mount Forole (1887m) is set towards the edge Central Northern Kenya, north of the Huri Hills and it's peak marks the Kenyan-Ethiopian border.
The nearby Huri hills (1524m) sits between the Kenyan-Ethiopian border and the famous Chalbi Desert. Huri Hills is a set of volcanic cones composed predominantly of lava flows.
