I don’t just want to sit in a chat.. I want to be the one who makes it a place people actually want to come back to.

I decided to try myself as a moderator in Web3 because I enjoy helping people, creating a friendly atmosphere, and learning from those who already have more experience.

For me, being a moderator is not only about “watching the rules.” It’s more about helping newcomers find their way, making sure questions don’t get lost, and keeping the chat alive so people want to talk.

Yes, I’m still new, but I want to grow and share what I know.

I want to help projects develop and build communities where everyone feels comfortable.

And if you’re also just starting your journey as a moderator, remember that even small actions matter.

Sometimes a simple answer or tip can make someone feel more confident in the community.
And confident, engaged people are what make a project strong.
