Would not recommend the 'deadweight' tag, particularly if you are partner pushing or plan to soon.

The person who made the comment isn't even an employee there anymore and you may just be shooting yourself in the foot if you plan on applying for partner soon.

Just a reminder that if you are pursuing this as a career, Twitch is your employer. Should they treat you with mutual respect? Yes. But at the end of the day most people have tolerated worse from bosses. Not saying it's okay but I think it's more important to put your goals first over the noise.
