I think your best bet is just to patient and stay consistent, it's okay if an hour is what you can manage right now as long as you try to be consistent with it over time you will see growth!

It takes a lot of patience though for most people this is a steady grind and growth can take a lot of time but the journey is fun and watching your community grow feels genuinely rewarding.
