Seriously disgusted with @KLM again. They never fail to dissapoint! Again they seated my 89 year old mom separately from my sister, who is traveling solely to accompany mom on the same booking#. What on earth is wrong with these people? If you have a choice do NOT fly @KLM!!!!!!

@KLM Your service is seriously lacking. I'm flying business with my 85 y/o mother. Same booking # and you cannot give me a seat next to her???? Your seat chart is closed a week before the flight???? Horrible service. Lots of excuses and 0 solutions.

Beware booking with #KLM Flying business and they cannot seem to help me get a seat next to my mother (same booking#). Worst service ever. Oh yeah and we're flying business.
