Big mad... now I have to make all the effort to escalate this myself just to get them to repair their faulty product.

Zephyrus G14, a £2k+ laptop. Less than 8 months of use. Dead. No turn on.

Contacted ASUS. Sure they'll pick it up within 24 hours! Great! Urgency! I like it.

5 days after collection? "We haven't received it yet" BS.

@AirbnbHelp You're basically giving me the run around whilst trying to blame us for damage we didn't cause. There is a serious lack of due process and fair practice going on here and I want to warn other @Airbnb customers.

@Airbnb have escalated my issue 5 times in 24 hours. Still no reply tho'. Apparently asking for how to make a formal complaint and making a freedom of information request for communication they have had with the host that has them certain we stained the bathroom is just too much.

@MrTransparentTV Small button, small flush, usually. I think the idea is if you try and press the whoooole button (ie, both together) you'll get a small flush 'cos the small button won't go in as far. So you have to push *only* the big button to get a full flush. (Why do I know this!? 😅)
