@SingaporeAir Schiphol airport also announced it a month before that they will be cancelling some of the flights on summer holidays. If would have been better if you guys would have confirmed everything so that we could have a few options to consider.

Our @SingaporeAir booking got cancelled because of the @Schiphol chaos. The flight is still there except for 30% of the passengers got cancelled. Sg air is so unfair only notifying us in 11 days before the flight and can only offer refund. #neveragain gonna trust them.

@SingaporeAir Even though I understand this, however, sgair didn’t even allow us to rebook our flight in the neighbouring countries even if we offered we will shoulder the train ride. Full refund also takes 16 weeks since we paid in cash. Great right?!
