@morgxval I also have a sub for "Barbell" protein bars, 20g protein and 200 cals each, and they taste good, Kodiak gram crackers are great for snaking, if you want mass, I have recipes that are somewhat easy to make
@morgxval I use this protice shake recipe a lot
1 cup of almond or oat milk
3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
2 scoops of whey protein (or isolate for it to feel lighter on the stomach)
A bannana
Optional from here
A cup of strawberries/blueberry
A serving of oats
Around 600 cals/62g protein each
