The next phase of Beds for Babies: A Safe Space to Sleep is live!

Today, South Yorkshire’s Mayor Oliver Coppard opened the first of four pilot schemes at Mexborough Family Hub in Doncaster.

These pilots will go beyond providing beds—they’ll support families with free bedtime bags, including toothbrushes and books, to promote good sleep hygiene and wellbeing.

The pilots will trial different ways of working with disadvantaged families to build trust with parents, and provide additional support that could lead to better health outcomes for children.

More pilots will launch across the region soon.
