6 hour flight on @united with a plane that had no entertainment system, power source, air vent or WiFi working. @united someone need to reach out to us this was the most horrible experience we have ever had on a flight.

@NavyFederal I’ve been an account holder for years, I called customer service line knowing I messed up. I explained to service agent I had messed up and he continue to make me feel so little for my mistake that I owned up to, saying almost demeaning phrases. Issues was corrected
