🚨In Key West, an ICE/Border Patrol agent threatened to PULL A U.S. CITIZEN OUT OF THE CAR because he cursed at an agent… then had the audacity to tell the U.S. citizen to “learn your laws.”

So, let’s learn them.

In the video, Border Patrol agents pulled over a car of U.S. citizens and demanded everyone hand over their IDs.

When the passenger says, “Bitch, fuck you,” an agent asks what he said and then threatens to pull him out of the vehicle if he “says one more thing like that.”

The passenger correctly asks: “For what? That’s freedom of speech.”

The agent responds: “That’s not how that works. Learn your laws.”

Oh, we’re going to…

Cursing at a government agent is not, by itself, a crime. The First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism, insults, and profanity directed at law enforcement, as long as it is not a physical threat. The government cannot punish people simply for verbally challenging or criticizing law enforcement.

And it gets even worse.

After the passenger calls the agent a “fucking white cracker,” the agent asks what he called him… and then tells another agent he is “thinking of calling in and arresting this guy.”

For what?

Because he hurt your feelings?

The government does not get to arrest someone for speech they don’t like.

And yes, Border Patrol has special authority near the border. That includes operating immigration checkpoints where agents can briefly stop vehicles, without individualized reasonable suspicion, for immigration questioning.

But, that is different from a roving patrol stop.

When not operating at a checkpoint, Border Patrol needs reasonable suspicion to pull over a vehicle for immigration questioning.

And even at a checkpoint, the agents’ authority is not unlimited. A checkpoint stop does not automatically give them the right to search the vehicle, indefinitely detain people, or arrest someone because they said something an agent didn’t like.

The Constitution does not say…

“You have freedom of speech, unless a federal agent gets offended.”

It says the government cannot punish you for exercising that right.

And perhaps the most important part of this entire video is…

The passenger knew his rights better than the federal agent threatening him.

The agent told the U.S. citizen to learn his laws…

But maybe the agent should have learned them first.

Jeanine Pirro may have dropped the charges, but that shouldn’t end the conversation.

If her office presented false or misleading evidence to a grand jury in a case that nearly imprisoned an innocent man, she should be referred to the bar and face an independent investigation.

Donald Trump just turned on one of his own most loyal allies.

In a Truth Social post Saturday, the president publicly contradicted interim U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro over the investigation into damage at the National Mall's Reflecting Pool, making clear he believes she got it completely wrong.

"I disagree 100% with Jeanine Pirro," Trump wrote. "I don't know what she was thinking?"

Trump insisted the damage was "a pure case of VANDALISM," dismissing suggestions that contractors may have played a role.

"There may have been some contractor difficulty," he wrote, "but the major damage was caused by VANDALS!"

It's a remarkable public rebuke of a woman Trump personally chose to serve as the top federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., and who spent years kissing Trump’s tuchus on Fox News as one of his most loyal public allies.

Yet when her handling of a politically charged case diverged from the president's preferred narrative, Trump didn't bother to pick up the phone – he made her walk the plank for all to see.

As we well know, loyalty for Trump is a one-way street. His allies are expected to stand behind him without question, and when they don't, even briefly, they can find themselves learning about the president's disappointment the same way everyone else does: via public shaming.

Every official who serves under Trump understands the risk. Loyalty flows in one direction. They are expected to defend him without hesitation, but the moment Trump decides they've become politically inconvenient, he has no qualms about dressing them down in public.

Jeanine Pirro is simply the latest reminder that serving Donald Trump comes with no guarantee he'll ever stand by you, and that once he considers you no longer useful, you are finished.

Prisciliano Trejo, who had leukemia, was reportedly denied medical care by ICE for 8 days while in a detention center run by CoreCivic.

He died just days later — and ICE is already shirking accountability. After denying him care, they released him to his family, where he died shortly after. They likely did this to avoid having another official death in custody and to keep their own horrific statistics from looking worse.

ICE and CoreCivic cannot get away with this. We must eliminate every for-profit detention facility and dismantle ICE entirely.

This is BEYOND humiliating for Trump...

In a court filing today, Pirro's office acknowledged what Democrats have been saying since the beginning: the disgusting, green, rotting, condition of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is not the result of deranged liberal vandals.

It's the result of Trump hiring incompetent crooks and cronies to carry out his so-called renovations.

Pirro's office falsely accused Hearn — an Olympian canoeist — of "forcefully and violently" pulling at the pool's liner to destroy it. He pleaded not guilty earlier this month to a charge of "felony count of destruction of property." If convicted, he could have faced up to 10 years in prison.

The efforts to prosecute Hearn were a blatant attempt on the part of the administration to bolster Trump's false, fanciful claims. They wanted to imprison an innocent man so that the President wouldn't have to admit that he botched a national monument.

Clearly, the prosecution hit a brick wall while trying to build their case because it was always built on a lie. There was no vandalism. Today's filing admits that the pool's lining "almost immediately" began peeling after the work was completed.

“It was not until after the return of the indictment, that the [Department of the Interior] provided additional documents to the USAO-DC indicating that damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in June 2026 was the result of flawed installation by the contractor, Atlantic Industrial Coatings (‘AIC’), and the rush to complete the project prior to events associated with the America 250 celebration in the weeks surrounding Independence Day 2026,” the court filing stated.

This news is a major win not only for the rule of law and Hearn personally, but for everyone who believes in objective reality. It proves that Trump cannot bend the truth into his own twisted image through force of will. When we stand up to these liars, we win!
