Dear Former Classmates, if I ever pass by your workplace, no matter what kind of work you do, never feel ashamed. Infact I am proud of you, keep hustling. Just know that there's no competition, the struggle is against poverty not each other.
The fact that you canβt even tell customers when a technician is expected to arrive so we can plan accordingly is outrageous.all I keep hearing is that technicians are βcoming to fix it,β with no clear timeline or actual follow-up. Please respect the customers @LiquidHomeRW
Whatβs even more frustrating is that your support team canβt even provide a contact number for the technicians handling the issue. This is becoming completely unacceptable. I need a real update and a solution, not more promises.@LiquidInTechRW

We are pleased to share that yesterday, ππ₯ππ’π§ πππ«πππ’π¬ πππππππ, a student with profound hearing and speech disability, successfully defended his project dissertation in the Department of Architecture.
The defense was facilitated through sign language, with Parfait NZIZA NGWIJE, a Computer Sciences student and volunteer of the Student Support Centre, interpreting Paradisβ sign language into spoken English for the panel and audience.
This achievement marks an important milestone for inclusive education and accessibility at INES-Ruhengeri, demonstrating that with appropriate support, every student can participate and excel.
Congratulations to Alain Paradis and Parfait!
