DP World (@DPWorldUAE) (@DP_World ) reported strong financial results for 2025, with revenue rising 22% to $22.4 billion and EBITDA increasing 18% to $6.4 billion, reflecting solid growth across its global ports and logistics network.

Container handling volumes reached 93.4 million TEU, up 5.8% year-on-year, while the company invested $3.1 billion in CAPEX in 2025 with $3.0 billion planned for 2026.

The company recently appointed H.E. Essa Kazim as Chairman of the Board, while Yuvraj Narayan, Group CEO of DP World, continues to drive the company’s transformation into a global end-to-end supply chain solutions provider operating across 79 countries.

The results highlight DP World’s growing role in global trade logistics, handling around 10% of worldwide container trade.

Dubai’s property market closed 2025 with its strongest performance on record, posting total sales of USD 185.9 billion and marking the fifth consecutive year of growth.

Data from the Dubai Land Department (@Land_Department shows sales rising more than 30 percent year on year, supported by a sharp increase in transaction volumes and sustained investor demand.
More than 214,900 sales transactions were recorded during the year, alongside strong mortgage and transfer activity, pushing total real estate transactions to USD 250.2 billion.

Momentum accelerated in the final quarter, with Q4 delivering record-breaking monthly and quarterly results, including the strongest December on record.

Key districts such as Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Palm Jumeirah, and Meydan led sales by value, reflecting depth across both prime and mid-market segments.

As Dubai enters 2026, the market remains underpinned by liquidity, diversified demand, and strong investor confidence.
