@AmericanAir is truly trash. I advice anyone flying soon to chose any different airline. They were the reason why we missed our flight, we lost money in hotel reservations, Uber and airport parking because of their mistake and all they can offer is an apology.

@AmericanAir has truly been a disappointment this weekend. I witness countless families miss their flights because of poor management. We heard of people missing Important dinners, weddings and funerals. Truly sad. I highly suggest you fly any thing other than American.
