@RickyDoggin The grant & recipients are described on the EPA website (https://t.co/AOO4bHCQgw). This is a network grant with many partners, including universities, and the funds will be distributed to smaller organisations. The funds are audited and the recipients responsible for these.

@Travis_in_Flint A little behind the curve. There was no relationship between judge and lawyer. Another thing his lawyer got wrong. No one is trying to make him look bad. His problem is he is bad, at least the way most human beings keep score. And can’t stop himself from doing more bad things.
