Instead of honoring their warranty, @SamsungUS @SamsungSupport stalls for a month and a half until the warranty expires, then cancels my repair ticket.

@SamsungUS has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been fighting with them since my washer broke on 11/28. It was less than a year old. There is still no repair appointment or remedy, and they refuse to refund me.
