my therapist told me, "stop assuming people are mad at you. Stop attempting to read people's minds. stop trying to manage the thoughts and emotions of others. let people be in charge of themselves. if they have something to say to you they will and if they don't it is their responsibility not yours. overthinking kills happiness" and that hit me like a brick.

1. Kesehatan (beli vitamin, member gym, dumbbell buat workout di kamar, makanan sehat)
2. Pendidikan (beli course online, bayar coach, biaya S2, les berenang atau nyetir)
3. Networking (ketemu orang professional, liburan keluarga, ikut acara komunitas)
4. Efisiensi Waktu (Beli laptop yang lebih mumpuni dari sekarang untuk kerja dan belajar, naik gojek daripada tj pada beberapa kasus, bayar AI biar bisa kerjain tugas repetitif)
