@PATHTrain It was around 625 am as I came up the escalator there was an announcement that trains were suspended due to smoke in the tunnel . Can you tell us what caused the smoke we were forced to inhale and why the conductor said it was dust .

Day 7 and issue still not resolved . Can Airbnb explain why we can’t speak directly to a supervisor or a technician. The answer I keep getting is we are not authorized to transfer a call

Has anyone had all the dates on there calendar marked off so no guest can book . I have had a number of calls with Airbnb and just get the the run around . They won’t transfer to a tech as of now I can get no booking and am losing money .

5 days later still no where and loosing bookings . I can see where the direction is coming from I email you at Brian.chesky@ Airbnb. com and no reply either . Do what you said and make it easier on your customers.

Brian Chesky CEO of Airbnb goes on TV and says how he going to change Airbnb. Brian your not doing a great job of it . Called customer service a number of times trying to address an issue and keep getting told I’m not authorized to let you speak to a supervisor or a technician.

@Expedia warming to anyone booking through Expedia if you run into trouble with your booking there is up to a 5 hour wait time and customer service is in Philippines. Had issues with a booking at a hotel we could not get customer service on phone to sort out . Lost all our money

@ExpediaHelp I was speaking with a rep in the Philippines and getting no where . I asked to speak to a rep in the USA .They asked me to hang up and a rep will call you in 5 minutes. I received a call from Phoneix when I asked the rep for her name and location she said Philippines

@ExpediaHelp They are becoming one big scam company . Lost a $700 hotel stay because it was a 6 hour wait for customers service. 6 calls later over the last 48 hours that’s waiting 3 to 4 hours for call backs and still no where . All you get is reps in the Philippines. No more
