@Motawif_SA Please help. It has been many days since we made payments and it is showing booking failed. Many who made payments much later got booking confirmed. It is unfair & injustice.
You just can’t say money back so easily as if nothing happened. We WANT hajj package & evisa be issued.

@Motawif_SA And not to forget, you promised getting us package in 72hours but now it is many days beyond that. Moreover, it was your tech issues that was causing payments to be rejected and so many other issues all along the process and we hajjis are being punished now.
