One easy tweak to the Penntek TR-45L I’m going to try is aligning the notch knob so that your own side tone is notched out when the knob is vertical. Left is as-shipped, right is modified.
@janetacarr Perhaps of interest is that ClojureScript would tend to achieve the same via the code generation associated with macros (see https://t.co/bcHtjWu6hO), but more recently the compiler has been using intrinsics to ensure optimal JS is generated inline for certain core functions.
Measuring the TX power of the Penntek TR-45L. At minimum, 36 mV into 50 Ω, or -16 dBm. And a smidge below 8 V when the rig indicates 1 W, which checks out.
