@virginmedia How do I raise a complaint, or can this thread be considered by your complaints team? I appreciate it's now fixed but I had no issues with sky for 10+ years. I've been with Virgin for less than 12 months and had at least 4 significant outages

Morning @virginmedia any ideas of when the broadband issues in FY5 might be resolved i'm currently connected with no internet which is making it impossible to work from home - your customers line of visibility on the issue is shocking.

@virginmedia I a dark blue flashing light on my hub 5x, no broadband connection, therefore I cannot work and, as it stands when my kids get home, no TV.

@virginmedia It's down again.... this must be the 4th or 5th time in the short time we've been with you - it's beyond a joke how unstable your infrastructure appears to be. I think we must be due compensation now for the inconvenience and risk to our jobs
