@oldfatjogger In the same boat. IT band issues before the NYC marathon caused me miss my race. I don’t lose weight running as I’m always hungry. Switched to weight lifting and incline walking. Weight coming off, knee feeling better, and body is stronger. Be patient with yourself! We’re old!
