@airfrance - coming up on 72 hours without a single update on “lost” luggage. Claim submitted, details provided and air tag showing it still in the same spot at CDG in Paris. What gives?

@airfrance And another 24 hours (5 full days) goes by with zero movement @_france_air . Bag still in security office and zero updates from baggage claim team. Social media team offered no help either.
