Eli Manning is certainly defined by two Super Bowl wins over @Patriots but ask 2011 @49ers defense and they will tell you what a warrior Eli was in NFC championship game that @Giants won 20-17 in OT in SF. Eli took a beating, kept getting off the grass to deliver.
This week will mark the final week for Eli Manning as a New York Giant. The first NFL Draft I followed religiously was 2004 when the Giants were destined to take a QB.
Eli was my favorite of the three QBs.
I was ecstatic when the Giants got Manning and he's not disappointed.
I have a lot of great moments in my life. Eli is responsible for two of them. I still reminisce of those two amazing Super Bowl runs.
Outside of being an NFL QB, Eli has been the personification of class. He's been the one constant with the Giants. He's always been prepared.
While the Giants did him some disservice in the back end of his career, that doesn't take away from the memories. It doesn't take away from what he's accomplished.
Eli Manning is a Hall of Fame QB and I can't wait for him to get into Canton.
I love you, Eli. ❤️
In his first career start, Daniel Jones throws for over 300 yards, accounts for 4 touchdowns, does not throw an interception and....
Leads the Giants to their largest come-from-behind win in 49 YEARS!
