In a 2-1 majority, the Federal Court has acquitted & released Syed Saddiq from all criminal charges.

This is the apex court. There are no more appeals.

Safe to say - Syed Saddiq will walk a free man today.

Justice Abu Bakar has decided the CBT charge was not proven, and the Court of Appeal was wrong in deciding so, as there is no sufficient evidence to convict Syed Saddiq.

He said there was evidence where the money used was less than RM500,000, in which there was no need for approval from Bersatu.
