We turned out like never before, defying the odds of the predicted ‘Red Wave.’ Ballot counting can take days due to RECORD voter turnout.

An estimated 27% of young Americans ages 18-29 turned out in the 2022 midterm elections, per early analysis from @CIRCLE. If the estimate holds, that would be the second-highest midterm youth voter turnout rate in ~3 decades, just behind the 31% of youth who turned out in 2018.
