@CFlanders7 I track peak gain per trade and on avg giving back 30% of unrealized gains on my wins, looking for a better way to lock in gains. Letting winners ride is always in my mind but not tightening stops seems to be hurting compounding. Messing with backtesting trailing stops right now
@FranVezz Lol bought $CLS off open again today after it looked like blue skies were good to go.
Took a 2% loss like 5 min later just to refresh and see it down another 4% in minutes.
Respect risk. Accept you've made a mistake and take that small loss!!
@1ChartMaster Do you ever look into/ take into account the implied volatility pre earnings or do you have a max position size for these plays or minimum cushion %?
