@VanMoof Checking back in on this -- more than 6 weeks has passed since I originally contacted VanMoof about my problem and more than 4 weeks since I was told replacement parts would be shipped in 10-14 business days. All I am trying to do is replace my broken crank arm...
@VanMoof After almost 2 weeks, 8 e-mail messages (with only 3 responses), and 2 chat sessions, it seems I am no closer to having a functional bike. Is there anyone at VanMoof still supporting your bikes?
@VanMoof Thank you for the DM last weekend. However, I am still waiting for a reply from the support team to resolve the problem with my bike. I did not imagine it would take so long just to fulfill a request for a replacement crank arm.
