Lets see, Obamacare wrote the law that insurance companies have to insure pre-existing conditions, to cover pre-existing conditions, actuarial the company needs more reserves to pay that bill... Thus increased premiums for the insured. Your full of it, Obamacare was passed with only Democrat votes, no Republican votes

If this individual does not want roommates, this individual can always get a 2nd job to increase income. Also there is a word that comes to mind, BUDGET.. cut other expenses that are not necessary. In this example they are spending $2370 per month, at $18/hr working 40 hours, they are making $2880 per month. Work is the answer and if there is a shortage work more even if it is a 2nd job

Representative Grijalva, we have read the 14th amendment, it says "under the jurisdiction of" Please explain your definition of what the framers meant by this clause...I can definitly understand after the civil war, we had the freed slaves who were in this country but were not citizens, and to add a clause under the jurisdiction of the United States made sense.

Elizabeth Warren needs to add some honesty to her remark. It has been known for decades that the Social Security non-existent Trust fund will have a shortage and reduction of benefits. But Liz, you have been in the Senate for 13 years in which the Dems had a 60 vote majority in the Senate as well as the house under Obama. But the Democrats never did anything to correct this deficit. The problem is the Dems using this money in the general fund. I blame the Democrats for doing nothing but spending the funds the American People and Businesses have contributed towards retirement for the beneficiaries that were forced to contribute in a system that is collapsing.

Read the new housing bill that passed the Senate and House, at the very end of the bill it talks about the Federal Reserve and the creation of Central Bank Digital Currency in which the Dollar will be eliminated and everything will be digital assets. The danger is the Government can then deny purchases if they feel it is not good. This is losing our freedoms. I am glad that President Trump has not signed the bill, I would veto it personally

CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY.  The Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. 221 et seq.) is amended by inserting after section 16 (12 U.S.C. 411 et seq.) the following:“(A) is denominated in United States dollars;“(B) is a United States currency;“(C) is a direct liability of the Federal Reserve System; and“(D) is widely available to the general public.“(2) Digital asset.—The term ‘digital asset’ has the meaning given the term in section 2 of the GENIUS Act (12 U.S.C. 5901).“(b) Prohibition.—Except as provided in subsection (c), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or a Federal reserve bank may not issue or create a central bank digital currency or any digital asset that is substantially similar to a central bank digital currency directly or indirectly through a financial institution or other intermediary.“(c) Exception.—Subsection (b) shall not prohibit any dollar-denominated currency that is open, permissionless, and private, and fully preserves the privacy protections of United States coins and physical currency.“(d) Sunset.—This provisions of this section shall cease to be effective on December 31, 2030.“(e) Rule of Construction.—Nothing in this section shall be construed to allow the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to issue a central bank digital currency or any digital asset that is substantially similar to a central bank digital currency directly or indirectly absent authorization by an Act of Congress.”
