@opodo my connecting flight have been cancelled and you dont pickup my phone because my booking is not near enough, Your useless chat bot doesnt help either. It kept saying my booking is confirmed even though i have proof. What do i do?

@opodo @opodo i just got an email saying that an agent has contacted me with the option and are now closing my case but i have not been contacted. In the direct message they gave me a date but they said they will get back to me which they havent. I need to speak with someone asap.
