Dubai did the same.
Ireland is currently doing the same.
Over 10 countries are doing the same.
But when South Africa does it, it is xenophobia.
You can't create immigration laws, then when the citizens ask you to implement those laws, then you say they are wrong for asking you to implement what you passed into law
