To repost stories I share with my congressional reps about the atrocities daily committed against Palestinians, since August 2025. Justice for Nasrallah.
@RepBrendanBoyle I’m glad you have a great time posting about college football. Meanwhile, i call your staff and let them know a second infant froze to death in Gaza as Israel continues to commit its crimes against Palestinians. Where is your humanity?
Six-year-old Palestinian child from Gaza, Yamen Baroud, has been killed by Israel after they denied his medical evacuation out of Gaza.
For months, Yamen fought for his life as cancerous tumors caused rapid, life-threatening deterioration. He is one of thousands in Gaza who are being killed by Israel through the prevention of medical care.
@PhillyInquirer We are going to look back on this in shame and disgust. On trial for the crime of protesting genocide. How the Board at Swarthmore sleeps at night is anyone’s guess.
💢Latest from Gaza:
Palestine Online, citing local sources, reports the following on Tuesday morning:
🔸 In Gaza City, Israeli forces detonated a robot loaded with tons of explosives to destroy homes in the Tuffah neighborhood in the northeast, alongside heavy fire from military vehicles and successive blasts east of the Shujaiya and Tuffah neighborhoods.
🔸 Israeli aircraft struck the Sudaniya area northwest of Gaza City and hit a home near the Khazandar station in the Karama area, while artillery shelled the Sanafour junction in Tuffah.
🔸 In Khan Younis, the army carried out three home demolitions in the northeast and opened fire toward eastern areas, as artillery struck northwest of Rafah.
🔸 In the north, military vehicles fired toward the Atatra area and the eastern parts of Beit Lahiya.
Hezbollah does not have an underground tunnel system in Southern Lebanon. There has never been any evidence of one presented.
I investigated in Lebanon for five months, spoke with all kinds of people including Hezbollah opponents, and nobody ever claimed it.
The extensive killing of Palestinian children and teenagers in the West Bank is not a series of isolated incidents. It is a practice backed by every arm of the Israeli regime.
From 7 October 2023 to 29 June 2026, Israel killed 1,087 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 242 children and teenagers.
In 2025 alone, 54 minors were killed. Our new report, “Unshielded Childhood,” tells their stories.
The Israeli legal system helps whitewash these killings, grants impunity to the perpetrators, and shirks its duty to demand accountability from those responsible. The Israeli public remains largely indifferent, while some segments openly support the violence.
To legitimize this routine killing in the eyes of the Israeli public and the world, Israel systematically dehumanizes Palestinians. When the military almost automatically labels Palestinian children and teenagers who posed no threat as “terrorists” or “involved in terrorism,” it creates a reality in which their lives are treated as entirely disposable and harming them is seen as legitimate and permissible.
While the world looks away and grants Israel international impunity, the reality on the ground is clear: under the Israeli regime, no Palestinian is protected, and any Israeli who harms them enjoys full impunity.

🔴 Around 2,500 children with diabetes in Gaza face a worsening insulin crisis, according to Dr. Ahmed al-Farra, head of pediatrics and obstetrics at Nasser Medical Complex as Israel continues to block essential medicines from entering Gaza.
He says fast-acting insulin has been unavailable across Gaza for six months, forcing many children into hospitals for IV treatment. Blood sugar test strips and glucose meters have also run out, and children face life-threatening complications without insulin.

In 2025, Israel killed 54 Palestinian children and teens in the West Bank. in B’Tselem’s latest report, we bring you the story of each and every one.
Since 7 October 2023, Israel has killed 1,086 Palestinians in the West Bank; 241 of them were children or teens, including Sam Abu Haikal, a seven-month-old baby .
The violence did not stop with the act of injuring or killing. In many cases, the forces held up medical teams trying to access the child, without offering first aid themselves. Israel is still holding 18 of the bodies, a practice it frequently employs, which amplifies the families’ suffering.
Under the Israeli regime, no Palestinian is safe, while any Israeli who harms them enjoys close to full impunity.

🚨 BREAKING: Israel has killed 8 year old Palestinian child Malek Wael Abu Shawish in Gaza.
He is the second Palestinian child reported killed since this morning.
🚨 BREAKING: 13 year old Palestinian girl Eileen Al-Farra has died from wounds sustained after an Israeli tank shell struck near Abu Hameed Roundabout in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip.
.@elonmusk says that no one can name a person who died from his aid cuts. In fact, I've met the kids who are dying, and I've talked to the families who lost children. In my columns, I've cited many, many names of people who have died because of Musk's aid cuts. A few examples:
*Yamah Freeman was a 23-year-old woman who died in childbirth because Musk cut funding for the diesel for ambulances in her part of Liberia. She couldn't get to a hospital and died as people were carrying her there. I talked to her parents and sister in their village.
*Gbessey Kiadu, age 1, died of malaria because of his cuts to malaria medication in Liberia. I talked to his mom in her village.
*Ibrahim Koroma, an infant, died of AIDS in Sierra Leone after he interrupted HIV supplies. I talked to health workers who cared for him.
*Achol Deng was an 8-year-old girl with HIV in South Sudan who died when Musk cut funding for the health care worker who provided her medicines. I talked to the healthcare workers.
I could go on and on. In almost every village you go to in South Sudan, Uganda, Liberia, Sierra Leone or other countries I reported in, you find people dying because of aid cuts. I challenge Musk: Come with me on a reporting trip, and we'll talk to these moms and dads, and you'll see the dying children themselves. I think if you see the kids whose lives are at stake, maybe you'll change your mind.
