@VerizonSupport Why? No one does what they say they are going to. I've not spoken/chated with over 13 agents and it's the same crap. "Our sincerest apologies, our initial agent lied to you. We can't explain why the charges are all on your daughter's phone when our records she the phones were

@VerizonSupport 2/2 . Only texting each other. We appreciate your money over the years but we're not going to do anything. But hey, waste more time by contacting this other agent🙄. This is exactly why Verizon is in a class action lawsuit
