My problem with shorting S&P 500 or any equity derivatives is this:

Yeah u may catch one or two good shorts

Maybe even three

But when the tide turns you’ll still be looking for new lows

Then the ship leaves without you to the upside

All the work u did for a couple hundred points could’ve got u 700+ points if you just longed and waited
