Getting ICED is a mantra that consisted of 3 aspects to align your breath and heart rate variability.
Our bodies have been trained and yups happen all the time in competition. How do you handle these? GETTING ICED is one way we train our athletes. 🧊🧊🧊🧊 @mgalanos35

🚨 BREAKING: #STLCards, RHP Sonny Gray in agreement on 3-year, $75 million deal, per Ken Rosenthal
Gray, who turned 34 earlier this month, is coming off of a career year; he accumulated a 5.3 fWAR while pitching to a 2.79 ERA, 2.83 FIP, 8.95 K/9, and 2.69 BB/9 with the Twins.
The Vanderbilt product will join a rotation that has already added two pitchers two years his senior. It is clear that the front office opted to go with older pitchers to get shorter contract terms and thus lower risk.
Only time will tell if it pays off. However, they still have time to acquire a younger, controllable starter via trade.
