At Talladega in April 1995, Ricky Rudd's car was caught with illegal hydraulics. The crew would lower the car for qualifying, then Rudd would raise the car back to legal levels by pumping the clutch pedal which was connected to the hydraulic pump

They were fined a record $50,000
