What is HB492? The bill is 17 pages but it’s simple. Have coaches take Mental Health Training every 2 years as a part of the certification process. There’s currently no suicide prevention training required as part of the curriculum. HB492 changes that.

Please stop screaming 'SHOOT IT!'
1) shooting should be a decision, not a reaction
2) instructions should only come from the coach
3) young players can only process so much info at a time
4) you're undermining their ability to make decisions
