Me causa dolor ver los estragos causados por las inundaciones en mi distrito (Soná) y en el país. Herramientas como el Sistema Global de Información de Inundaciones (GloFAS) de la Unión Europea ayudarían a las autoridades a preparar la respuesta a futuras emergencias.
