I think there is just no way to actually enjoy this hobby anymore. The only way I'm realistically able get Pokemon Card products at a reasonable price is when they initially drop on Pokemon Center. The last 3 drops though, I've had some issue and couldn't get anything.

He wasn't charged with first-degree murder. He was charged with murder, which in Texas is a first-degree felony. There are no degrees of murder in Texas.

What the jury is saying with the verdict is that he intended to cause harm and that harm resulted in death.

This is getting ridiculous. You can look up the court records online. His booking sheet is easy to find. You can read the statute for yourself.

prior 2 governor races were not really close as the top 2 more or less ran away with it/ so they got called election night. Part of the issue is 2020 put certain things in the spot light that may have been in the norm in more leftwing places. I am not a fan of ballot harvesting.
