Finally some confirmed info from MO Highway Patrol: Pursuit initially started in Franklin Co after car ran red light. The stopped chasing but then got a call that the car was wanted in connection to a shooting Jefferson City. Pursuit went from Franklin Co MO to Bond Co IL.
