Here’s why Colorado gives child sex offenders probation:

Under Colorado’s Sex Offender Lifetime Supervision Act, judges currently have the discretion to sentence people convicted of Class 3 or Class 4 felony sexual assault on a child to supervised probation instead of prison

This even goes for offenders in “position of trust” cases. So basically everyone gets a free pass and gets probation

In order to actually get a real punishment for being a child sex offender you basically have to be a repeat offender or also have violence involved

Riding the motorcycle were off-duty Bridgeport Police Officer Cooper Whiteside, 38, and his girlfriend Brittany Islami, 34, a mother of three.

Both were k*lled at the scene.

Ramirez’s blood alcohol level was 0.14, nearly twice the legal limit. She also tested positive for cannabis.

Empty beer containers and a THC vape were found in her vehicle. She was speeding, traveling 63 mph in a 45 mph zone before impact.

She has been charged with two counts of mansl@ughter in the second degree with a motor vehicle and DUI.

ICE lodged a detainer identifying her as a criminal illegal alien. Connecticut’s sanctuary policies limit cooperation with immigration authorities.

A police officer and a mother of three lost their lives because someone who should not have been here was behind the wheel drunk.

🚨Police need help finding the black juvenile who beat a 79-year-old white man at a Pearland ATM - get this EVERYWHERE!

On June 19 a 79-year-old man withdrew cash from an ATM outside the Walgreens on Shadow Creek Parkway in Pearland, Texas.

As he walked back to his car a young black male in a white shirt and black pants attacked him, knocked him to the ground, and stole his wallet and the cash he had just taken out.

Two adult accomplices from Houston are already in custody. Donte Belle, 30, is charged with aggravated robbery as the alleged getaway driver.

Demondtra Moore, 23, is charged as the alleged lookout. The person who physically assaulted the elderly victim remains at large.

Police have identified him as a juvenile and are asking the public for any information that can help locate him.

An elderly man was left injured on the pavement in broad daylight. Two helpers are locked up. The main attacker is still free.

Anyone with information should contact Pearland Police.
