Today I served up some decimals in the Decimal Diner! 🍔🍟🥤🍨🍦
My Diner guests were served tasks to add, subtract, and order decimals! Student engagement was high on the menu along with lemonade and brownies! 😄 Who says math review has to be boring?! 😜 @DiggsLatham

These predicting change cards are where it’s at! If you’re a fifth grade teacher check out this resource from Teachering on TPT! They’ve been such a great task during our grassland rotation this week! The task cards have rigorous questions, great for class discussions!

Today was a WILD one! 🦓🦒🐘🦏🐆
My students visited the grasslands while they wore their own Safari hats! They worked together to create a food web and then dived into discussion to predict changes that could occur within a grassland. It was a successful day! 🙌🏻 @DiggsLatham

Yesterday started with 2019 glasses & a welcome back rotation from @miss5th! We then moved on to an online project where students worked on goal setting for the new year! Thanks @mrmaultsmarketplace for a great resource! It was a great way to start the first day back!
